I originally founded my agency Joy Joya in 2016 to help jewelry brands grow with clarity, creativity, and strategy. Since then, I’ve led a small-but-mighty team I absolutely love, worked with dozens of product-based brands, and become known for my deep expertise in email, SMS, and retention marketing. Today, I still work closely with jewelry brands, but I also support product-based businesses – especially those that serve women – as they scale with intention.

Marketing is my zone of genius, but I’m not just a strategist.

I’m also the host of the Joy Joya podcast (since 2018), and the co-creator of Success With Jewelry, a podcast and online community I co-host with Liz Kantner. I’m the author of Jewelry Marketing Joy, as well as a short story collection called The Prescribed Burn, and I’ve published fiction, poetry, essays, and articles in more places than I can list here.

I’ve spoken globally on marketing and entrepreneurship, and I’ve never stopped creating. I believe in marketing that’s human, systems that support growth, and storytelling that reflects the heart of a brand.

For me, creativity and strategy have never been separate. They’ve always worked together to shape stories, businesses, and relationships that last. That’s the kind of work I love – and the kind I hope to keep doing, in whatever form it takes.
